Electronics/Printed Circuit Board Production and Design

Our in-house Engineers can design and prototype your printed circuit board to your specifications, we can then arrange production if required with Washington Circuits Ltd, Tyne & Wear, UK.

Work was completed in February on two projects for our clients, the first involved the design and production of  replacement PCBs for Fellowes PS70-2 Paper Shredders  and the second project involved the Design, Prototype and production of 50 PCBs for a Fragrance machine manufacturer.

This board was designed to replace the existing machine board which had failed after various attempts had been made in the past to repair them.  As there were no drawings or support from Fellowes the controls had to be reverse engineered and a replacement board fabricated.

We were asked to design a control board for the Nebulair fragrance machine and to start production of the boards.  This machine is now a commercial product.
