Masking Film Dispenser For vehicle spray painting |

In 2001 we designed and produced 100 film dispensing trolleys for a local garage supply company (Cumbrian Marketing), The fabricated parts were welded onto a Machine Mart CST3B trolley. Machine Mart have been offered the design rights for this project.
A CST3B Sack Trolley is fitted with additional frame and footing bar to enable it to hold and carry 3x 1 Metre rolls of masking film. The picture below shows the dispenser in the operating position, in this position film being pulled from rolls will not topple the trolley over. |

Electronics/Printed Circuit Board Production and Design |

Our in-house Engineers can design and prototype your printed circuit board to your specifications, we can then arrange for larger production runs to be produced.
Work was completed in February 2010 on two projects for our clients, the first involved the design and production of replacement PCBs for Fellowes PS70-2 Paper Shredders and the second project involved the Design, Prototype and production of 50 PCBs for a Fragrance Machine manufacturer. |

This board was designed to replace the existing machine board which had failed after various attempts had been made in the past to repair them. As there were no drawings or support from Fellowes the controls had to be reverse engineered and a replacement board fabricated. |

We were asked to design a control board for the Nebulair fragrance machine and to start production of the boards. This machine is now a commercial product.
